Shipping
Our primary shipping provider is Australia Post, with all orders sent via Parcel Post with tracking details provided.
In the case that a book is required in a short turnaround time, we do offer Express Post at an additional cost.

What is the turnaround time on your books?

Each book is lovingly handmade to order, typically taking 4-6 weeks to complete. The date above reflects our current turnaround time; as peak wedding season can vary these dates and have a quicker turn around time. If you're in a hurry, please reach outβweβll do our best to accommodate your timeline!
Once we receive your order, your design proof will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days for approval. We ask that you try to approve the design within 24 hours so we can send the cover off for print ASAP.
When we get approval from you, we package your artwork up and send it off for print, clear coat, and lamination. Your cover is then passed onto our binder who carefully binds your book by hand.
Once your book is bound, we check over it, package it up then send it on its way to you.
If you need a book sooner, pleaseΒ email us hereΒ regarding timings for a rush order.
Will I see a proof before my order goes to print?
You sure will! All orders receive a proof AND a mockup of your book so you can check over the exact details. We never send an order off to print until we have your approval from the proof.
I want to change the colours, can I do that?
Yes! You can customise the colours of our existing designs to match your wedding aesthetic to perfection. Simply selectΒ Custom ColourΒ on your book when you place your order.
Note:Β There is an additional fee of $50 AUD for custom colour.
What's the difference between the Guest Book and Polaroid Books?
Guestbook:Β This one's for your guests toΒ write their love letters for you to look back on for years and years to come. It features 100 pages, giving your guests a beautiful blank canvas.
SmallΒ Polaroid Book:Β Ideal for smaller intimate-style eventsΒ where you may want Polaroids or photos to be stuck in. It features 25 thick pages to prevent it from going flimsy and is the same size as our guestbook.
Large Polaroid Book:Β Perfect for weddings and larger events where you wantΒ Polaroids, photo booth strips, or disposable film to be stuck in, as well as space forΒ guests to leave aΒ small love note β 40 thick pages, larger book in A4 size.
